North Richmond Construction is a Sydney based construction company co-founded in 2014 by the Directors, Scott McKune and Jaad Ghaby, who together have a combined experience in excess of 45 years within the building and construction industry. Both directors are actively involved in the day to day operations of the business and have multi-faceted experience in the design and construction of aged care, commercial, industrial, and residential construction.

Not all projects are a conventional “out of the box” scenario, and it is important for the end user / customer to understand the financial viability or feasibility of their potential investment. NRC has the capacity and experience to review the proposed project and advise on the feasibility of the project, and provide advice as to whether the project is feasible and works the customers financial expectations and restraints.

FIRST FLEET RETIREMENT VILLAGE IN PENRITH
RSL LifeCare, First Fleet Retirment Village, Penrith
Retirement Village Independent Living Unit’s, North Richmond
Design management, value engineering, and construction of 46 quality independent living units, community centre, truck turning bay, and outdoor recreational area to integrate the new retirement village with the existing aged care facility. The site works included the demolition of existing cottages, removal of existing underground petroleum storage tanks, site remediation due to existing asbestos and petroleum soil contamination, complete civil works, utilities reticulation, internal road, and construction works. Approximate contract value of $20 million.

Vista Access Architects
Vista Access Architects have worked with North Richmond Constructions on several SEPP Housing for Seniors and People with a Disability (HPWD) projects over the past 5 years. Having checked constructed works in the building industry for disability access compliance with several builders Australia wide, we can state that the quality of the finished building by North Richmond Constructions is second to none.
Disability requirements for SEPP HPWD are very specific with accuracy required in terms of millimeters to be technically correct. The team at North Richmond Constructions are very knowledgeable of the requirements of SEPP HPWD and always go above and beyond what is required in terms of accessibility to provide the best possible outcome for the end users. They always ask us for ways that they can keep on improving their already high quality of works. I would have no hesitation to recommend their services.
McNally Architects
McNally Architects has worked closely with NRC directors and the NRC team on three projects over the last 5 years. The projects where two Community Centres and a 47 Independent Living Village.
The success of these projects and certainly the quality of construction can be credited to the NRC team. This led to projects that were delivered to expectations in regard to timing, budget and quality of the workmanship.
