Design management, value engineering, and construction of 46 quality independent living units, community centre, truck turning bay, and outdoor recreational area to integrate the new retirement village with the existing aged care facility. The site works included the demolition of existing cottages, removal of existing underground petroleum storage tanks, site remediation due to existing asbestos and petroleum soil contamination, complete civil works, utilities reticulation, internal road, and construction works. Approximate contract value of $20 million.
