RSL LifeCare, Ron-Middlton VC Gardens Aged Care Facility, North Richmond
Design management, value engineering and construction of 80 Bedroom / 6,000m2 aged care facility incorporating 80 bedrooms with ensuites, lounge, dining and living areas, commercial kitchen and laundry, internal courtyards and offices.
The works included all building works, external roadways and carpark, and landscaped areas with an approximate contract value of $13 million.
